For a return to be validated and processed, the merchandise must be undamaged, in its original and unopened packaging, in full carton(s), unexpired, in resalable condition, and be deemed a returnable item. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Customer Service. The merchandise must be shipped to and received at the designated Bedrosians’ facility within 30 days’ issuance of customer’s RMA number. If the return is invalid, the customer will not be refunded and will have 30 days to pick-up their merchandise or arrange return shipping at their sole expense, from the Bedrosians facility before it is deemed abandoned.

There are certain items that cannot be returned, including Bedrosians' products purchased from another retailer, reseller, or distributor, natural stone products, trim pieces, custom products, special order products, loose samples and/or sample cards, Factory Outlet products, discontinued, limited stock, and clearance products, expired setting materials or cleaning products, and products marked “Final Sale”.

All merchandise returns for purchases made online at www.bedrosians.com require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA, contact Customer Service within 30 days of purchase date with the order number, your name and billing address, items you would like to return, quantity being returned, and reason for return. Shipping Policy: Orders are shipped from their Distribution Centers in Tustin, California or Jacksonville, Florida. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During times of high order volume, processing and/or delivery times may be a bit longer than normal. Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, unless there are extenuating circumstances. Any expedited orders placed Monday through Thursday after 10:00 AM PST, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
